These Terms of Service govern your use of the Stillward Coffee website and purchases from the store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Store and product information
We aim to present accurate product descriptions, specifications, images, prices, and availability. Colors may vary by screen. Styling props are not included unless the product page says otherwise. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order and issue a refund.
Orders and payment
Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Shipping charges and applicable taxes are shown before the order is submitted. An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. We may decline or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, inventory error, pricing error, or shipping restriction; any captured payment for a canceled order will be refunded.
Shipping
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Information. Standard U.S. shipping is $5.95 for orders under $75 and free for orders of $75 or more. Delivery dates are estimates, and items may arrive in separate parcels.
Returns and refunds
Eligible returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, or use its content unlawfully. Store content, branding, copy, and original creative remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stillward Coffee is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Any direct liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected order. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
Changes and contact
