A useful recipe starts with something you can repeat. This is a starting point for experimenting with filter coffee, not a promise of a particular result.
Start with a simple ratio
Try 15 g of coffee to 250 g of water. Follow your brewer's instructions for water temperature and brewing method. Use freshly ground beans and do not exceed the grinder's stated 25 g batch capacity.
Keep three notes
- The coffee and roast you used.
- The grind position and coffee-to-water ratio.
- The brew time and what you liked about the taste.
Change one thing
Try a small grind adjustment while keeping the beans and ratio the same. If a brew tastes too strong, try a little more water next time; if it tastes too weak, try a little less. Taste is personal, so use your notes to find your preferred starting point.
Keep your equipment ready
Follow the supplied cleaning instructions. Never wash the rechargeable grinder's motor housing. Let any washed removable parts dry fully before reassembly.
