Stillward Coffee ships throughout the United States. Standard shipping is $5.95 for orders under $75 and free for orders of $75 or more.
Processing and delivery
Orders are sent to fulfillment promptly after payment is accepted. The delivery estimate shown during checkout or in your order confirmation includes the applicable processing and transit estimate for the selected items and destination. Delivery dates are estimates rather than guarantees.
Tracking
We email tracking information as soon as it is available. Tracking can take time to show its first carrier scan. Items may ship in separate parcels; when they do, each parcel receives its own tracking information.
Address changes
Review your delivery address carefully before checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if it needs to be changed. We can update an address only before the order has entered fulfillment.
Delays, damage, and missing parcels
If tracking stalls, a parcel arrives damaged, or an order appears to be missing, contact us through the contact form with your order number. We will review the shipment and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund. If we cannot meet a stated dispatch commitment, we will contact you with revised timing and the available cancellation or refund options.
